Concrete
Concrete flatwork, sidewalks, curb and gutter, ADA-compliant access improvements, equipment pads and foundations, drive approaches, parking lot concrete, and full remove-and-replace. We saw cut, demo, form, pour, and finish with our own crews — including tripping-hazard abatement and polished interior slabs.
Asphalt
Asphalt paving, full-depth replacement, parking lot repairs, roadway patching, grading, base-rock preparation, and public works packages. Every section starts underneath: we verify subgrade, compact to spec, and grade for drainage before a single ton goes down.
Seal coat
Commercial and residential sealcoating with crack fill, run on a maintenance calendar so your lot never falls off the cliff into full replacement. Fast cure schedules and phased closures keep tenants parking and businesses open.
Striping
ADA-compliant striping, red curbs, fire lanes, directional arrows, and custom stencils. We lay out stall counts and accessible paths of travel to current code — and we will tell you when your existing layout will not pass.
