ADA compliance
Curb ramps, path of travel, and accessible stalls built to pass inspection the first time.
ADA work is the scope most often failed on a re-inspection, and almost never because of the concrete finish — it fails on slope. A ramp that runs a fraction over tolerance, an access aisle with a cross slope that drifts, a landing that is short by an inch: each one is a correction notice, and each one gets torn out at somebody's expense. We build to the tolerance, not to the eyeball, and we shoot grades before the pour rather than explaining them after.
We also read your existing site honestly. If your current layout will not pass — wrong stall count for the lot size, a path of travel that routes through a drive aisle, a ramp with no landing — we tell you before you spend money, not after the inspector does. Where a barrier-removal obligation is triggered by other work on the property, we scope it into the same mobilization so you are not paying to mobilize twice.

Before you call
Will your ADA work pass inspection?+
That is the whole point of how we build it. Every ramp, landing, access aisle, and path of travel is built to current CBC Chapter 11B and ADA slope and cross-slope tolerances, and grades are verified before concrete goes down. If your existing layout will not pass, we tell you before you spend money.
Does replacing my parking lot trigger ADA upgrades?+
It can. Resurfacing and restriping generally require the accessible stalls, access aisles, and path of travel to be brought to current standards, and alterations to a facility can trigger a path-of-travel obligation. We scope this into the bid up front so it is not a change order later. Your jurisdiction's building department has the final call.
How many accessible stalls does my lot need?+
It scales with the total stall count in the lot, with a separate requirement for van-accessible spaces. We count your lot, apply the current table, and show you the required layout in the bid — including the cases where a restripe alone cannot get you compliant.
Can you fix a failed inspection or a correction notice?+
Yes, and it is a common call. Send us the correction notice and photos. Most items are slope, missing detectable warnings, or aisle geometry, and many can be corrected without replacing the whole element.
